  • Non-diagnostic support preferences and jurisdiction-aware verified professional discovery.
  • Genuine appointment requests only for approved professionals with published availability.
  • Appointment-linked preparation, selective consented sharing and secure care messaging where a verified relationship exists.

Card payments, refunds, professional payouts and production video rooms remain unavailable until their providers and operating safeguards are approved. A request is not confirmed care or a completed payment.

Important boundary. Havelin is not an emergency service and does not actively monitor private entries or care messages.
